Heart, Pride & Sacrifice Award
This award honours the player, or players, who most fully embodied what it means to put the team first. This award recognizes those who played with passion, made significant contributions to team success, accepted team standards and discipline, supported the coaches, and sacrificed personal goals for the good of the group. The winner does not need to be the top scorer or most vocal leader, but he must have shown a deep commitment to the crest, a willingness to do whatever the team needed, and a clear sense of pride in being part of the Bisons.
