Leadership Award
The Leadership Award is selected by the General Manager and is one of the highest honours on the team. It is presented to the player, or players, who led in every sense of the word — on the ice, in the dressing room, on the bus, and in the day-to-day life of the team. This award is for the player who welcomed new teammates, encouraged those who were struggling, supported the coaches, embraced whatever role was needed, and strengthened team morale through both words and actions. It is not simply about wearing a letter; it is about setting the standard through courage, character, and example.
