Most Improved Player
The Most Improved Player award is about growth, commitment, and consistency. It recognizes the player who showed the greatest improvement in both skill and work ethic from the beginning of the season to the end. That may be a first-year player who developed quickly, or it may be a returning veteran who made a major leap in his overall game. It can also recognize someone who battled back from injury or adversity and came back stronger. More than anything, this award is for the player whose progress was clear, steady, and meaningful all season long.
